Ms. Noel holds a B.S. and M.S. in Biology from CSU Bakersfield, with her graduate research focusing on season bat composition along the Kern River. She has assisted with research and studies focused on bat ecology and conservation in California and Arizona, as well as studies conducted in Belize and Jamaica. He previously conducted wildlife modeling on the western black-legged tick at UC Santa Barbara, led fuel reduction research for the Sierra Resource Conservation District, and volunteered on listed species research with the Center for Natural Lands Management and the Endangered Species Recovery Program. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from USC and a master’s in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara. In addition, Ms. Henderson manages day-to-day tasks such as HR, contract administration, and AP/AR, among others. She gained extensive experience in the oil and gas industry by developing and implementing PSM/RMP regulatory compliance programs on a nationwide level. Working closely with field staff and leadership, she fosters collaboration, promotes a positive work environment, and builds sustainable systems in support of long-term operational goals.
